We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but menus, prices, opening hours and dishes change with the seasons and with what’s available. If anything on this website differs from what we tell you in the restaurant, the information you’re given on the day applies.
Please don’t misuse this website — for example, by trying to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it.
Our menus show which of the 14 major allergens each dish contains. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before you order, every time you visit, as recipes and suppliers can change. Our kitchen handles all 14 allergens every day, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces. We describe dishes marked V (vegetarian), VE (vegan) and GF (gluten free) as accurately as we can, and our team will always talk you through the ingredients.
Online bookings are made through Dojo, and Dojo’s terms apply to its booking service. Any deposit, cancellation or no-show terms for a booking will be shown to you clearly before you confirm it. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can offer the table to someone else.
Online orders are placed and paid for through Square, whose terms apply to the ordering and payment service. Orders are subject to availability, and if we can’t provide something you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know.
For private dining, group bookings and events, the details — numbers, menu, price and any deposit or cancellation terms — are agreed with you in writing before your event is confirmed, and those agreed terms apply.
The text, photographs, menus and the Alba Chiara name on this website belong to Sirmani Foods Ltd or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them commercially without asking us first. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
We link to other websites for bookings, ordering, reviews and social media. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they work, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
This website is provided free of charge for information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the website being temporarily unavailable, or by relying on information that has since changed.
