A Family Tradition
on the Seafront

Nestled on the beautiful Felixstowe seafront, Alba Chiara is a cosy Italian restaurant and deli specialising in fresh homemade pasta and sauces, cooked using only the finest Italian ingredients.

We bring the authentic flavours of Italy to Suffolk with our Roman-style Pinsa, traditional dishes, tasty antipasti, and delicious desserts — all made with love and passion, just like Nonna taught us.

What Makes Us Special

i. Signature

Pinsa Romana

Our Pinsa Romana is crafted with a 48-hour cold-fermented dough — light, crisp outside and airy within. This season, try the Boscaiola di Cervo with pulled venison and mushrooms, La Pescatora with mixed seafood, garlic and chilli, or the Dolce Piccante with ’nduja, mascarpone and chilli honey. Every pinsa is made to share.

Pasta Fresca

Every strand, every sheet, every shape — made fresh by hand in our kitchen. This autumn that means chestnut-flour gnocchi with porcini, agnolotti filled with ricotta and wild herbs under a walnut sauce, and pappardelle with a slow-cooked venison ragù. Our pasta is the soul of Alba Chiara, and the heart of every table.
