Mix Selection of Cheese & Cold Meats: A curated mix of cured meats (Prosciutto di Parma, Speck Alto Adige, Lardo, Wild Boar Salame, Spianata Calabra piccante ) and fresh and aged cheeses (Taleggio, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano, Gorgonzola piccante, Mozzarella di Bufala ). Served with our homemade sourdough bread, extra virgin olive oil focaccia, hand-stretched grissini, honey, walnuts, and pears.
Pasta, Risotto & Pinsa Romana
A selection of the finest Pasta and Roman-style Tray Pizza for the table:
• Pappardelle al Ragù di Selvagina (GF Option): Wide Pappardelle ribbons in a rich, slow-cooked ragù of mixed game meats (including venison, wild boar, partridge, and pheasant). Cooked in a red wine and tomato sauce and finished with Grana Padano.
• Strozzapretti Alba Chiara (GF Option): Pasta with king prawns, saffron, a crustacean bisque, a drop of cream, and rocket leaves.
• Teglia Romana: The Roman-style tray pizza, perfect for sharing a slice. Served with a selection of four options for the group:
• The Margherita (V): Tomato Sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, Grana Padano, fresh basil, EVO.
• Cavolo e Salsiccia: Tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, sausage, cavolo nero, chilli, garlic, anchovies.
• The Spicy Veg: Mozzarella fior di latte, roasted aubergine, courgette, vegan Nduja, onion, confit cherry tomatoes.
• La Dolce Piccante: Tomato Sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, Nduja, mascarpone, Spianata Calabra, spicy honey.

• Tiramisu : Layers of delicate Savoiardi biscuits soaked in espresso, velvety mascarpone cream, and dusted with rich cocoa.
• Torta ai Tre Cioccolati : Triple chocolate mousse cake, on a cocoa marquise sponge.

• Panna Cotta : Panna cotta with barriqued aged grappa, red berries compote, and crushed meringue

• Mix Selection of Cheese & Cold Meats: A mix of cured meats and fresh/aged cheeses, served with sourdough bread, focaccia, grissini and mixed marinated olives.
• Pizza Rossa: Pinsa base with San Marzano tomato sauce infused with basil and Calabrian oregano, anchovies, sliced garlic, fresh chilli, and Extra-virgin Olive Oil.
Main Courses
